Refund Policy

  • The services you get are Digital services/products hence after placing an order you get instant activation to service and ready to be used. Anyhow, you can issue a full refund if you did not get the delivery. You need to inform us within 48 hours of the order being placed time to be eligible for the refund.
  • If your delivered service is not as described you can issue a full refund (If there is any statement we wrote on the FAQ, terms, and limits page doesn’t meet the actual scenario with the usage). You need to inform us within 48 hours of the order being placed time to be eligible for the refund. But if there is any usage by the user after the order on the SaaS app, we hold the right to decline the refund.
  • For purchased services/tools that are not functioning for more than 48 hours, you can initiate a partial refund for the remaining days of your monthly subscription and choose to cancel the service. Alternatively, we offer a replacement with a similar tool to ensure the continuity of your workflow. Please reach out to us through live chat for further assistance.

Timeline for Refunds:

The refund process may take between 7 to 15 working days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original account from which the debit occurred. For instance, If you made a payment through bKash, the refund will be deposited into your bKash wallet when processed. Similarly, if you paid via card/net banking, the refund will be issued to your card or bank account.
